ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering to use our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between User and Slotnite Casino with respect to the subject matter hereof.

USE OF SERVICES

Slotnite Casino grants User a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its services for lawful purposes. User shall not reproduce, modify or distribute any materials provided through our service without prior written consent from us.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

User agrees not to:

(a) Use the Services in a way that is detrimental to Slotnite Casino's systems or equipment; (b) Access the Services using automated scripts, "bots", or other unauthorized tools; (c) Engage in any activity which may impair our ability to provide services to others; (d) Post content that violates laws and regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Slotnite Casino retains all ownership rights, title, interest in its intellectual property (including trademarks, logos, graphics, software). User is granted a limited license to use Slotnite Casino's logo for the purpose of linking to our website. This license may be terminated by us at any time with or without cause.

INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Slotnite Casino from any claim arising out of:

(a) Your breach of this Agreement; (b) Use of our Services in a way that is not permitted by law; (c) Any damages resulting directly or indirectly from your actions;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will Slotnite Casino be liable for:

(a) Any loss of use, data, profit, goodwill or business reputation; (b) Consequential damages arising out of your breach of this Agreement; or (c) Any claims made against User by third parties;

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence upon User's first registration and continue until terminated.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Slotnite Casino may modify these Terms at its discretion with no prior notice to you. Your continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by laws of the jurisdiction in which they are made, and User agrees to submit to such jurisdiction without prejudice or choice of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with rules of the relevant governing body.
